WORKSHOP IN ITALY ON THE USE OF THEATER AS AN INSTRUMENT OF RELATIONSHIP IN THE ADULT EDUCATION.

GUBBIO (ITALY), 24 OCTOBER – 31 OCTOBER 2017

The training proposal is a revision and re-adaptation of the best practices established in the Grundtvig Workshop “Theater as a tool for relationship in the literacy of Adults” held in Gubbio in October 2013, whose Applicant was ANL.

During the WS will be extensively used the methods and the materials assembled in advance, however, adapting them to the new environment and, in particular, to the needs of the specific target of TELL ME. We will also present some of the output produced until that moment (needs analyses, curricula, teaching materials, guidelines) so that participants will begin familiarization. Also the Moodle platform and the TELL ME platform will be massively used during the training activities. The two platforms will be used already from the previous month to the workshop for a short phase of ex-ante preparation for transnational mobility.

C1 will be a prerequisite to C2 and C3 because for both it represents a common basis on the use of the theater for adult education in general.

Subsequently the educational offers will be declined specifically on literacy: linguistic in C2, mathematical in C3.

C1 foresees the participation of 24 operators: 12 specialist/specializing in linguistic literacy later participating in C2 and 12 specialist/specializing in mathematics literacy later participating in C3.

The C1 workshop will be held in Gubbio at the Free University of Alcatraz (www.alcatraz.it), also location for meals and housing, and will last for 7 days + 2 days for the trip.

The events will be filmed and broadcasted in live streaming using Ustream technology and will remain freely accessible on demand on TELL ME platform. This will allow the participation of a larger number of passive users and of actively involved persons.

The audiovisual materials will also be partially used for the Edu-docufilm.

COURSE OF THEATER AS AN INSTRUMENT OF RELATIONSHIP IN THE MIGRANTS’ LINGUISTIC LITERACY.

COVILHÃ (PORTUGAL), 22 MARCH – 25 MARCH 2018

A pilot course will be organized in Portugal which will serve as a test on learners of the outputs revisited after the workshop for operators. The course is not transnational for various reasons. First it is necessary that the class is as homogeneous as possible and therefore it was decided to organize it in Portugal for migrants supported by ASTA.

At the end of the pilot course, the guidelines will be reviewed one last time more before being published in final form.

The course will last for 4 days and will be one of the crucial moments to evaluate the realized tools and methods.
